NJDGE Sets Out Rules for Online Affiliates

The nj-new Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) recently clarified its laws for affiliate marketers working together with New Jersey licensed operators. Affiliate advertising is just a kind of web-based marketing where a business (the affiliate) establishes a symbiotic relationship with an operator, whereby the operator will reward the affiliate for every single customer introduced, via the affiliate’s own marketing efforts or through its internet site’s marketing.
